About the Candidate

WINDOG considers David Capar to be 'dog-unfriendly'. He did not wish to share his views on dog parks with voters.

Platform: Not published.

Capar works as a life coach. He worked as a crane operator and fitter welder at Dominion Bridge for 20 years. After Dominion Bridge closed down he started a security company and a kickboxing school where I was head instructor. Capar has been an active volunteer, engaging in the community by speaking at local schools, youth centre and hosting seminars.
